It is a bad idea to roll over and sleep just a few more minutes.
The sleep was good, but playing catch-up puts me in a negative frame of mind. So let’s run with that. Write, describing something by what it is not.
It is not a castle in the sky. It is not a cabin in a grove of thousand-year-old giants. It is not a beach shack, turquoise lawn tracked by dolphins. There are no mad mosaics on its walls, lion-faced fountains, flowers named for explorers.
Something along those lines, but, you know—your voice.

I think I may have channeled this prompt already, here: A Little ‘Light’ Tutoring?
